PRIME BEEF
The Ranchers Club evening menu features USDA Prime beef. Each steak is selected, aged and hand cut according to arduous specifications. All steaks are served with the starch and vegetable of the day.

Fish
Cedar Plank Salmon –Salmon fillet basted with our herb mustard glaze, accompanied by grilled Italian squash and a shoestring herb potato filling. $19
Seared Red Snapper— Pan seared snapper with an essence of fennel and coriander seed, orange basil aioli, served upon a bed of creamy risotto and seasonal vegetables. $23
Pistachio Crusted Halibut—Tender, mild white fish rolled in a pistachio crust, served upon a bed of vegetables and starch of the day, drizzled with white truffle oil and finished with a Beurre blanc sauce. $25
