PIANO LOUNGE
The Piano Room offers an elegant, intimate setting for small private events in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Centered around a beautiful grand piano, this inviting lounge accommodates 20–30 guests for cocktail receptions, networking events and smaller celebrations. The space features two comfortable couches, three tables with seating for 12, plus 8 graceful armchairs. We also have the option to add bistro tables, creating a flexible mix of seating and standing room for your gathering.
JORNS CONFERENCE ROOM
Located on the third floor of the Atherton Hotel with direct access to the Oklahoma State University Student Union, The Jorns Room is a private, 750-square-foot conference space designed for intimate gatherings of up to 36 guests. Ideal for pharmaceutical dinners, board meetings, training sessions, sports teams, and small corporate events, the space offers a comfortable and professional setting tailored to your meeting needs.

JORNS ROOM – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The conference room is located on the third floor of the Atherton Hotel, midway down the hallway. A third-floor map is available upon request.
The nearest hotel restrooms are located on the first floor between the hotel lobby and The State Room. Additional restrooms are available on the first and second floor of the Student Union.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in any public areas of the Atherton Hotel, including the lobby, The State Room, and The Jorns Room.
The Jorns Room is available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Yes. The Ranchers Club offers catering for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, water, and assorted soft drinks.
PRIVATE DINING ROOM
Our Private Dining Room is located within the State Room, adjacent to the bar, offering an intimate setting for small gatherings. Nestled between our two outdoor patio spaces, this premier room features beautiful views of Library Lawn and the Price Family Garden.
The Private Dining Room is available Monday through Friday for lunch and Monday through Saturday for dinner. It's an ideal space for intimate dinners, business meetings, celebrations, and other special occasions. The room comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with a maximum capacity of 12. Rental rates begin at $150 for standard dinner events and may vary during holidays or special event dates.

The Ranchers Club is located inside the Atherton Hotel on the Oklahoma State University campus in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Situated directly south of the Student Union and Paul Miller Journalism and Broadcasting Building.
Guests may choose between valet parking and self-parking. Valet parking is available at the hotel entrance by pulling into the circle drive, where a valet will park your vehicle in a secure lot near the hotel. The standard valet rate for guests visiting the Ranchers Club is $5, although special event rates may apply on game days and other special event days. Guests who prefer to self-park may use the Student Union Parking Garage, which is connected directly to the Atherton Hotel. The garage offers pay-per-hour parking. The Atherton Hotel or The Ranchers Club does not validate parking for the Student Union Parking Garage. The garage may be accessed from S Hester St. or W University Ave.
